Sports Therapy & Injury Management
Sports Therapy and Sports and Remedial Massage isn’t just used by sports and exercise participants, as it can help to alleviate muscle aches and pains associated with daily living, work-related complains and general physical activities, such as looking after children or gardening.
Sports Therapy, and Sports Massage has many elements and was originally developed to treat athletes before or after an event. These massage techniques, can also be used to: maintain muscular strength, to improve range of movement and to reduce the effects of muscular pain, postural pain and soreness.
Treatment can be tailored towards specific injuries, postural discomfort and repetitive injuries (RSI), or to rehabilitate the body back to full fitness after illness.
Combination treatment with multiple modalities such as Dry Needling, Medical Acupuncture, Dry Cupping or Therapeutic Ultrasound to aid healing for example can be used to treat a range of conditions.
Current Prices:
£37 – 30 minute appointment, £55 – 60 minute appointment
PEMF Only Treatment
£35 for 30 minute first treatment, £25 for follow up treatment
